PERMISSION TO CREATE: FREELY EXPRESSING YOURSELF

THROUGH ART

Do you long to express yourself creatively but your ideas seem locked

 within? Have you admired other’s artistic ability yet figured the creative

spirit had passed you by? This class is about rekindling lost spontaneity,

imagination, and the inborn ability to create. Join us in this

non-judgmental class and be encouraged to: play more, judge less,

free creative energy, have a good time, and reawaken artistic expression

that may have lain dormant since childhood. The goal will be to use

intuitive drawing and painting to enter into a journey of discovery, spontaneous expression, and pleasure in the artistic process.

The willingness to risk is necessary to release creativity within -

you do not need to be a Rembrandt.

Success means giving ourselves permission to create. Cost for the

9x12 journal is $5.00 per participant. All other materials will be

provided.

Classes will be on Tuesdays 7-8:30 starting February 2 ^- 23rd in the downstairs CE classroom #4 of: Bethany Community Church
